(2,016 posts)with ricotta and spinach. This time, I'm going to use the oven (375F for 40-45 mins) with a marinara sauce over the top. I'm skipping the pasta, but will certainly make some garlic bread.
Edit: I thought I had a zucchini to dice up for the sauce, but no go. Instead, I'm using mushrooms and artichoke quarters. (Trader Joe's sells frozen bags of quarters - no citric acid flavor that usually comes with the canned stuff.)

It;s been threatening rain all day, but keeps holding off. Think I'm going to go mow some.
