We're going out for dinner tonight at the Portuguese restaurant, so I know I'm having a big, green salad with artichoke hearts, tomato, and balsamic and oil. There will be mixed vegetables, yellow rice, and "homemade" potato chips. I think sole Francese will be my main course.

(35,734 posts)Pretty much. This restaurant is unbelievable in how it is able to get the perfect brown on either fish or chicken. I'm pretty sure they use butter. It's the most wonderful lemony sauce, which they make with white wine, parsley, garlic. Ummm, I can hardly wait.
And they serve three large pieces with the order. I can only eat one, but I take the others home.
Plane delayed until 9 p.m. landing, though, due to weather.
Just so they get the RG home, safe and sound.

(2,016 posts)Just pulled in from Phoenix, and am trying desperately to rid myself of road-trip flat-ass. No cooking tonight, just munching here and there on random edibles...

I'm in heaven! I could eat hatch chilies all day long!
