Cauliflower pizza crust with toppings, that is if I can get it done before work at 4:30 p.m.

It's either pork chops baked with stuffing or lentil stew with a ham chunks and root vegetables.

I haven't made meatloaf in quite a while... with mushroom gravy, mashed spuds and steamed green beans.

Salmon (cooked just right--not at all dry), cucumber, tomato, and feta cheese salad, pasta salad. Appetizer was cold cuts and cheese.
