whats for Dinner Tuesday Aug 3

Ok I will start … mostly cuz my wife turned out such a wonderful meal.
had spaghetti squash with meat sauce using sweet Italian sausage
sans casing.
with a slice of garlic bread. OMG it was sooo good .

1. A rather disappointing lamb chop.

It was less than 1/4-inch thick and half fat. Salad. A peach for dessert.

2. Wish I'd had

what you had. Love spaghetti squash and Italian sausage.
Made a spinach salad with chicken and pork slices.

3. 1/2 a ham sammich

and some cherry tomatoes, which, btw, is a delicious combo when fixed like Mollie Katzen recommends in her recipe "Simplest Tomato Salad."

Then later, on the way home, I stopped by the gourmet grocery and bought some meatballs in tomato sauce. They make really good meatballs. I had them at home with herbed onions I had grilled outdoors.
