What's for Dinner, Fri., June 12, 2015

Pizza for me! I have a couple types: one with broccoli and mozzarella, and another with ground beef and mozzarella. Plus, of course, the usual toppings like a little red pepper, onion, and roasted garlic.

Salad, too.

I've got some nice ground pork I'm defrosting... and wonton skins are on the shopping list. Mix with some chopped shrimp, scallions, ginger, etc. For the soup, I'm thinking beef+chix stock. some fish sauce, garlic, Huy Fong chili sauce.
Veggies in the soup - bok choy for sure, maybe carrots, maybe... I dunno - I have yet to hit the market. I'll let my mind wonder while there.

I'll check back later.

It's been marinating all day and we are going to sear it on the grill.

I'm going to pan sauté some cherry tomatoes and serve them and the sliced steak on a bed or arugula.

I also made a lime/wasabi sauce .

Should be good!

Enjoy your salad.
