What's for Dinner, Tues., May 26, 2015

Gyros, I'm thinking. And it will be late, too, as I didn't get to finish my garden this weekend, so I'll be working on that until at least 8 p.m., maybe later if the daylight holds out.

So scratch that! Leftover lamb as a stuffing for peppers.

I decided to do the "must grill on Memorial Day" thing a day late.

Potato salad and grilled corn on the cob. Also, I've been jonesing for marinated mushrooms, so I'll be making that this afternoon. Just cuz.
