Either turkey meatballs or turkey loaf. Saw an interesting recipe on hippywife's Dori Greenspan link for turkey meatballs with ginger and basil, so thinking about that.

(LEMON PEPPER these days has salt as the first ingredient. Other than that I liked it).

(34,403 posts)and chicken soup is always part of the cure when I catch a cold. I've been eating it for 3 days, and have enough left for tonight and tomorrow. I really think it helps.

(3,744 posts)With a soba noodle salad that I "invented" and threw together. I've been steadily adding things to it. It's got the noodles, soy sauce (low sodium), rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, crushed red pepper and sesame oil. I also threw in some napa cabbage, thinly sliced red bell peppers, green onions and tonight will add a few red onions I have laying around.

(22,767 posts)to this site recently (probably from someone here) but ended up making this chicken enchilada casserole dish. We're topping it with avocado, olives, onions and sour cream, and it's pretty good. Will be noshing on it for at least a few more days.
