i'm going to do another batch of the panko-crusted chicken fingers. i haven't come to a firm decision on a side yet, but i'm leaning toward roasted cauliflower and carrots. maybe some brown rice.

(24,146 posts)all the recipes are basically the same, just the herbs/spices vary. they can be baked or fried, i prefer fried and you can have a lot of fun with dipping sauces.

I will just say people schedule vacations at times that are really inconvenient!
