I haven't made these in a while. Lots of honey, soy, hoisin, oyster and chili-garlic sauces. And, veggie fried rice.

(Hey, I even planned ahead and made the rice yesterday, so it is truly day-old rice. Sometimes the brain cells kick in.)

with leftover pork loin, and I got a case of mark down apples today for two dollars, so I made individual apple crumble mugs with the most banged up of the fruit.

I'm laughing my head off at this thread: squirrel brains! Ray-goon!

Sushi, which I picked up on the way home from a long day at work.

That's not going to be enough, so I'm thinking a bowl of tomato-bean soup in awhile.

Thank heavens for pre-made goodies in the frig', as getting home this late at night and having to get up again early tomorrow precludes any cooking sessions.
