I think I'll change up some soup tonight when I get home from teaching, which will be late, like 11 p.m.
I bought some butternut squash-stuffed ravioli, and I plan on putting them in beef-vegetable soup. Just a cup of soup should be good enough at that time of night.

We are going out with friends (again) because we are leaving for points unknown tomorrow. We will be exploring some areas where we have not been for the next few weeks and I don't think there is going to be much in the way of food markets there. So tomorrow is the big shopping day where I will get everything we will need.
Tonight we are going to a small fish restaurant that does oysters different ways with some friends we won't see for awhile. Should be very pleasant.
