Chicken-cilantro dumplings with hoisin sauce.

(14,733 posts)Which I've always found kinda bland, since the housemate doesn't like spice, so I've taken to dusting mine with a seasoning mix our butcher sells as a rub to kick it up a bit.

Approved!
Fingerprinted, which is the last step. Should have my care in about 1 week.
Could not be happier.
So it's out to eat for me tonight.

(175,742 posts)I use Trader Joe's pizza dough in a big pie dish. Drain a 14.5-ounce can of chopped tomatoes, to which I add oregano. Top that with sausage, then mozzarella. Bake at 350 until it's done, usually about 1/2 hour.

(2,016 posts)It's been a while since I did it in a cast iron pan. I seem to remember that my old roommate put the mozz on the bottom, followed by everything else. Does it matter?

So, looks like a beef taco, a chicken taco, and a veggie taco. That should clear out 3 containers, anyway.
