Neat, simple lunch dish - Chili, peperoncinis, cherry tomatoes, stove top toasted tortillas.
I used Dennison's canned beef and bean chili, Merzzetta's Greek peperoncinis and whole cherry tomatoes. All in a sauce pan on a low simmer. Toasted a couple of tortillas on the stove top burner - quick brown and turn.
Toasted tortilla triangles, a bowl of chili with some cilantro garnish.
