I love this dish, but never made it at home. I just happen to have most of the ingredients on hand and may try it out tonight.

I love cooking Indian food and I've never tried cooking Saag before. The part about adding paneer or meat was especially helpful. I've never marinated or browned paneer before I've added it to anything, but I bet that makes a huge difference. Thanks so much!
