What's for Dinner, Sat., July 19, 2014

I'm grilling some vegetables today: green peppers mostly, but also a red and an orange, zucchini, lots of onion, and romaine.

The Chicken Piccata I made last night will be terrific to supplement the vegetables. I used almond and coconut flour (low or no carbs) for the breading! Interesting difference from a wheat breading.

I'm also making more zucchini pizza crust, as this is such a handy item to have in the refrigerator when it gets busy during the week.

Have six tomatoes to make into a sauce, also.

Pork and shrimp in the wontons. Bok choy, carrots, green onions and shiitake mushrooms in the soup.

i'm pretty sure it's going to be rosemary lemon baked chicken boobs and a big
