Irish Rarebit! This one was so tasty!

Ingredients
4 ounces Guinness
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
pinch of cayenne
pinch garlic powder
Toast

Directions
In a small pan, bring beer to a boil Turn down heat and add cayenne and garlic powder. Whisk, then add cheddar cheese until its smooth and creamy. Pour over toast and serve.
