If anyone has a killer thin pizza crust recipe, please post! All of the ones I've tried so far taste like cardboard and are too crispy. I like them thin but with a little chew to it...and some flavor.

(4,636 posts)quick and crunchy. Some Classico marinara, Mozz(the good stuff) and pepperoni.
The one I'm making tonight is called "Seven-Bean Melange." Has navy, cranberry, Great White Northerns, garbanzos and also some peas like black-eyed peas and red lentils. I got the recipe from The Soupbox Cookbook.
Chopped salad with honey-mustard dressing.

Putting together a big ham, lentil, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, kale soup to simmer and quart up for later. I'm hammed out right now, but down the road...it's going to be good.
