Refrieds, rice, corn, lots of cilantro on the side.
Sour cream and Mrs. Renfro's Ghost Pepper Salsa.
Prolly take a couple of beers to put out the fire.

I was wondering what to make, and pizza with sun dried tomatoes sounds good to me.

And is really good.

Your beef roast sounds excellent. I've seen that episode on ATK.

Spaghetti aglio et olio, a simple tasty dish.

Pasta cooked al dente.

Lots of garlic sauteed in plenty of olive oil.
Red pepper flakes tossed in at the last of the saute.

All tossed with herbed bread crumbs and grated cheese.

(Anchovies are a good addition in the saute pan.)

If I don't have some anchovie flats, I still have a tube of anchovie paste.

*Nice* Pinto. Well done. *yummies* (is there a smilie for this?)

A storm is coming in this evening. The Canada geese on the lawn were stuffing themselves with whatever it is they eat all afternoon, so it seemed like a good plan to make a pot of soup for the cold weather ahead.
