Pasta cooked al dente.
Lots of garlic sauteed in plenty of olive oil.
Red pepper flakes tossed in at the last of the saute.
All tossed with herbed bread crumbs and grated cheese.
(Anchovies are a good addition in the saute pan.)

(50,130 posts)A storm is coming in this evening. The Canada geese on the lawn were stuffing themselves with whatever it is they eat all afternoon, so it seemed like a good plan to make a pot of soup for the cold weather ahead.
