I'm going to have the rest of my mini-meatloaves. They were so delcious with their cheese-mashed potato topping.

And I'll make a big green salad, too, kind of on the order of what NCRaleighLiberal described the other day.

Maybe I'll throw in some roasted tomatoes and yellow squash, I'm pretty sure we still have some of those left from the garden rolling around the bottom drawer in the fridge.

Should I bake it? I always think I need to have oodles of cheese in any baking situation, but maybe not...

The only thing I tweaked was the amount of water mixed with an additional packet of Chef's Choice chicken broth and a little more corn starch because I wanted additional gravy for my noodles.

Now .........to take care of that "left over" Sauvignon Blanc.
