Asian-inspired grilled pork chops

http://cookingwiththemark.blogspot.com

Marinade
1/2 c reduced sodium soy sauce
3 T hoisin sauce
1/4 c rice vinegar
1 T catsup
1 t black pepper
1 t garlic powder
2 T dry sherry

Directions
Combine the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the chops for an hour or so. Or marinate them in the fridge overnight. Let come to room temperature before grilling. Grill over high heat for 3-4 minutes per side. I feel it's better to undercook rather than overcook pork--they turn moister and more tender that way. Remove from heat, cover with foil and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Just read that internal temp for pork of 145 is perfectly safe.
I'll try your marinade on a pork tenderloin.
