Have any no-mayo cole slaw recipes?

I'm always on the lookout for a great no-mayo cole slaw recipes. In the past, I made a basic cabbage/carrot/onion slaw and used (homemade) relish for the dressing. I've also used a recipe that substituted sour cream for the mayo. Something was missing. Recently, I tried two new recipes and loved them equally.

From PBS:
Try a healthier alternative with this no-mayo coleslaw recipe with lemon juice and honey for extra flavor. Food blogger Marc Matsumoto explains why he prefers his coleslaw without mayo in a full blog post on the Fresh Tastes blog.

and I tried this one, but used olive oil instead of canola. Also used sugar instead of splenda.

The typical recipe calls for oil, cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper. I find it doesn't need nearly as much sugar as recipes call for, so I use about 1/4 the sugar. I like tangy, acidic flavors, though.

Most of the recipes I'm finding now call for dry mustard. I mix mine by taste, but I like it with more vinegar than oil and about a 1 to 4 ratio of sugar to vinegar. I generally use pure olive oil, lighter than extra virgin. I don't buy vegetable oil. I would also use canola oil.

Dressing:
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 cup cider vinegar

Newman's Own make a pretty good one. It makes a decent coleslaw dressing, and you can further doctor it with pepper flakes and extra garlic, if you wish.

This link is similar although in Maine we used a lot less sugar and the slaw ingredients were shredded carrots and cabbage and a little minced onion. We also cooled the dressing to warm before tossing it - that would allow the veggies to absorb the dressing without wilting completely.

and honey, but the rest of my family did not. It's a beautiful slaw, though, and I guess I'll just make the recipe I like when I serve it at my house. They can use another recipe when they make it!
