What's for Dinner ~ Thursday August 22nd

1. I threw a roast in the crockpot last night

and made some mashed potatoes.

2. Cheese Quesadillas and an avocado/tomato salad and watermelon n/t

3. Chicken in a cream and Parmesan sauce.

Angel hair pasta. Sliced tomato.

4. Special back-to-school dinner for my daughter!

She's going back to IU tomorrow. So homemade pesto, grilled salmon with a honey-mustard-soy glaze, and a bunch of fresh Michigan tomatoes! And shrimp for an appetizer.

What is IU?

I put chicken braciole in the slow cooker. In addition, I'm making egg noodles with parsley and butter. Spinach salad.
