Breakfast pizza

I made this as part of my Easter brunch and it was a HUGE hit.

Make your pizza dough and bake it, but not completely.
Scramble 10-12 eggs (my pizza was quite large; I think I got about 10 slices, so adjust eggs to size of dough.)
Make sure eggs are slightly undercooked and spread on dough.
Top with cheddar/jack cheeses, salsa and green chilies and place under broiler until cooked.

would be wonderful! I didn't include those because I already had so many meat dishes that day.

The only variance was I added onion & mushroom to the eggs.

It looked lovely coming out of the oven, unfortunately it stuck in the middle. I used my Pampered Chef stone, but I had a whole in the crust which allowed the juices to flow through. Regardless, it was delicious and quite a hit with everyone.

Yum
