2. I'm going to try and fix something.

A friend brought over a baked ziti last night. While good in parts, there was a very dense layer of pasta without cheese or sauce at the bottom.

I'm thinking of making a cheesy tomato sauce and rewarming the leftovers.

Might not work, as the pasta was fully cooked, but worth a try, I think.

Any other ideas?

3. Yeah, I'd turn and add sauce, reheat slow. And any other dish additions on hand that fit.

I just can't face that pasta tonight, particularly after yummy crepes and bacon.

Friends left produce before they left tonight, so going to make a waldorf salad and serve it in radicchio cups.

That should do us.

Hope everyone is having a lovely Sunday evening.

That is disgusting at the outset, or to spruce it up and find it's just as awful.

I'm behind you 100% CBayer. Some people can't cook and you shouldn't be forced to eat it. Ick.

I'd describe why, but it would involve describing gravy that looked like and smelled like vomit at the Thanksgiving table. Hell no.

I don't eat all that much to begin with, but when I do, I want it to be worth eating.

The Waldorf salad was pretty good.

I love Green Goddess dressing, too, on my salad if you remember what that is

I'm going to marinade them in lemon juice, fresh garlic and rosemary.

Small piece of steak, quinoa, asparagus, arugula with walnuts, beets, grilled onion, and broccoli rabe.
