LOL- Strawberries stuffed with Junior Mints. Killer bite.

Found a box of Junior Mints in the fridge. Must have bought them on a whim & forgot all about them.

Took a few of my largest strawberries, scored the core. Halved the mints and slid them in.

Popped one in my mouth and bam! It was like an ice cream treat kick.

Had to laugh, I knew I was going to post it here.

My daughter regularly asks me to make strawberries stuffed with sweetened cream cheese. Just add a little powdered sugar to softened cream cheese, hollow out the berries from the cap end, and pipe the cheese in to the cavity using a plastic baggie as a piping bag.

Sometimes I dip the bottom tip of the strawberry in chocolate.

Very yum.
