Shrimp Patties

Years and years ago an item was available in the freezer section I called breaded napalm. Any idea what the recipe is for these dangerous things?

It looks really good. I might have to try it, myself, especially with the Thai chili aioli at the bottom. I'd be more inclined to shape it into patties and fry them crisp than shape them into balls and bake them in the oven.
