...I saw a diner where they make waffles out of stuffing. Just pat the stuffing into the hot waffle iron and cook til crispy 'round the edges. Top with sliced turkey and gravy.

Nice stores. (My parents live in NE Phoenix.) Sad to hear that Eddie Basha died recently. He was a good Democrat.

I generally like tabouli, but I find that some of the prepared versions get just a tad carried away with the parsley. Next time I'm in AZ, I'll have to stop at Basha's or AJ's and give their tabouli a try.

...more parsley is authentic Middle Eastern tabbouli. It is essentially a parsley dish.

I like it either way, as long as there's lots of lemon.
