Sliced or cubed watermelon pieces, liberally dusted with cinnamon and mint. Turned once and let set.
Served room temp as a side or as part of a dessert.

At first I was wondering how you treated fresh mint. Then it occurred to me it might be dried. I'll try this when watermelon is back in season. Sounds great!

Edited to add... I have a nice apple mint growing in my garden, I'll bet some of that crushed up would be a complimentary mint with this. It grew with the honeydew melons and infused them with a nice flavor. Maybe I'll grow the watermelon with the mint this year and try adding the cinnamon alone. Hmmm....
