.
... when I was babysitting my little brother.
.
Back then, chocolate pudding was "too chocolate" for me (WTF was wrong with me?), so I would
cut it by mixing a box of chocolate with a box of vanilla pudding. Yum.
.
One night, we were out of the vanilla pudding but, really having my heart set on one of these pies,
I decided to try cutting the chocolate with a box of pineapple pudding (I think a Jello flavor back
then).
.
OMG!!!
.
.
.
Terrible!!! I cut a thin, thin, thin slice of the pie, took a bite and threw the rest of the slice out.
.
I put the pie in the fridge and when MiddleFingerMomDad got home, he looked in the fridge, saw
the pie with the little teensy slice taken out and said, "Screwed it up, didn't you?"
.
I still remember it as one of my major cooking failures.
