5. I'm Still Licking My Wounds Over a Failed Lemon Meringue Pie Disaster Yesterday.....

....It went into the oven with the filling nice and thick, and the meringue looking high and proud. It came OUT with watery filling, and weeping meringue. I can make any other kind of pie imaginable, but LMP's seem to delude me. Grrrrr!
