green chili sauce, sauteed onions, shredded queso blanco. Chicken is already cooked. All it takes is to saute the onions, pan fry the tortillas a bit to soften, layer all and bake till warmed through.

Sides of rice, black beans, sliced avocado & lime. Tangerines.

Real good green chili based dish I picked up from a friend in New Mexico.

i made something similar years ago, but it was with the dreaded cream of chicken soup. i never think to make this, i'll have to put it on my quick and easy list.

5. Ah. Best to keep it clean and green. Not a whole lot of sauce. Somewhat toasty is the idea, I think.

mixed with sauteed squash, tomatoes and green onions in an easy white sauce. I'm low on groceries! This was thrown together!
