But it's the best I've ever made, IMO. Used Italian sausage along with ground beef.

served over cauliflower steaks and surrounded by roasted veggies (Yukon gold potatoes, onion, garlic, carrot, and asparagus). We'll have a nice chunk of bread to sop up the juices. For dessert, blackberry-cabernet sorbet.
