Pineapple Casserole? ~ Pineapple Chutney Casserole? (ADDED PICTURE)

Alloo! Hope everyone is doing well. It's been a rough week or so for me, but I am hanging in there...

I'm looking for a recipe for Bill. A friend dropped off something they call Pineapple Chutney Casserole last week. It's another one of those crazy dishes that the sum is greater than it's parts. Wonderful stuff, we both loved it, and I thought I'd try to make some later tonight to surprise Bill. He's been working outside in the rain and it's also supposed to snow here, so I wanted to make him a treat. Our friend is away, and i've found a few recipes online, but I thought I'd ask if anyone here makes it.

It has pineapple, sharp cheese, craisins, and some sort of crumb crust. Maybe Ritz?

Sound familiar to anyone?

Editing to add pic...looks a lot like this, but with craisins added. The pop of cranberry isn't traditional - from what I am reading.

It's a weird recipe....it's a little sweet, like a cobbler, but not too sweet, because of the cheese.

And the concept serves as a reminder when I get irritated at having to wake up the man every time he falls asleep in front of the tv.

But there are sooo many ways to make it, I'd love to see what your MIL does. Thanks!
