I'm always looking for different ways of making it as it always makes for a quick meal.

I put it on several sheets of paper toweling and put a weight on it. After an hour or so, I slice it into bite-size pieces. Then I get a pan with vegetable oil in it real hot and fry the tofu. When it's light brown, I remove it and put it on some paper toweling to soak up some of the oil.

I'll post the complete recipe tomorrow. It turned out great. I ended up doing sort of a sweet and sour stir fry.

Still feeling funky but it seems ok to feel this way when the weather has turned sour.

This should be a good rainy/cold weather comfort food. And I just happen to have some fritos to top it off.

Hope you are feeling better.

We are going to a party tonight and I want some protein in our bodies before we go. I made chocolate-chocolate chip brownies with sprinkles to take along and some candied ginger and orange peel. Hope it's fun!

Martha Stewart's curried roast cauliflower soup. It's cold and rainy and yukky here today, so soup seemed like the obvious thing to have on a night light tonight. And, I had a head of cauliflower that needed eating. Went to my old standby.

Pulling a midnight at work, all I know is that it will be Italian.
