Bibibgo comes to middle America.

Found Bibigo brand Korean food products at Meijer here in Detroit. I was looking for gochujang and there it was, Bibigo brand.

For those unfamiliar, Bibigo is a fast food/fast casual Korean chain now coming to the US via franchise. They opened in Los Angeles and next year in NYC.

This chain was profiled last year on the PBS series 'The Kimchi Chronicles'.

Pretty cool IMHO. I tried gochujang last year and fell in love with it. Just had a salmon fillet cooked in coconut oil with a few onion slices and drizzled with sesame oil, gochujang and a little orange marmalade. Yum.

It's almost impossible to get any ethnic food products out here, so I would love to stock up on some unusual things.
