1. Hamburgers & raspberries for dessert.

2. Vegetable Lo Mein and a salad of kiwi, bananas and grapefruit

3. Chef's salad and leftover gumbo.

I need to use up the produce left over from the week and have a container of gumbo made by a 4th generation New Orleanian who was visiting that is just about the best I have ever had.

5. probably leftovers

i've got both thanksgiving leftovers and some leftover soup i made this weekend, so it'll be a foraging night here, i think.

6. Pecan-crusted deviled pork chops,

mashed potatoes with goat yogurt, fresh applesauce made with apple wine, steam-sauteed Brussels sprouts, whole wheat ciabatta rolls (bought at the local bakery). It's snowing, so I'm thinking of making brownies with some of the fresh pecans my long-time friend in Oklahoma sent yesterday in a care package. Good night to stay in and eat!
