SIL did a very inventive thing with a medium sized pumpkin today
Cut it into triangles 4" x 3" and baked an hour or so @ 350. The savory ones were dusted with rosemary, thyme and cumin and sprayed with canola oil. The sweet ones dusted with cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar topped with melted butter. Both were really yummy.
