(22,144 posts)I'm hosting Thanksgiving dinner as usual and my sister and b-i-l are coming tomorrow to help. They will stay until noon on Saturday, so I just got home with tons of groceries.

(22,705 posts)I had left over. Turned out great. Except Trader Joe's was out of their white dough and I bought the whole wheat. Which wasn't as good. It's pretty doughy instead of being crisp, like the white dough is.

(12,253 posts)that turned out really crispy. I don't make pizza anymore since I have developed a severe allergy to lactose, but the whole wheat pizza crust was Mr. Pup's favorite. I just used a regular whole wheat bread recipe, let it rise once. After it was risen, I oiled a pizza pan with olive oil and stretched the dough to fit and added toppings. It turned out very crispy and delicious. Love your resourcefulness!
