1. Today I made cranberry-apple sauce

the dough for cloverleaf rolls, and pie crust for my Thanksgiving pumpkin pie. Tonight, I shall go revel in the pub and let someone else do the cookin'!

3. Dinner is Boca burgers, french fries and cole slaw

I'm hosting Thanksgiving dinner as usual and my sister and b-i-l are coming tomorrow to help. They will stay until noon on Saturday, so I just got home with tons of groceries.

10. Actually I made some calzones from some pasta sauce...

I had left over. Turned out great. Except Trader Joe's was out of their white dough and I bought the whole wheat. Which wasn't as good. It's pretty doughy instead of being crisp, like the white dough is.

11. I used to make pizza with whole wheat crust

that turned out really crispy. I don't make pizza anymore since I have developed a severe allergy to lactose, but the whole wheat pizza crust was Mr. Pup's favorite. I just used a regular whole wheat bread recipe, let it rise once. After it was risen, I oiled a pizza pan with olive oil and stretched the dough to fit and added toppings. It turned out very crispy and delicious. Love your resourcefulness!

No work tomorrow!!! I may have a second glass!!!
