(1,706 posts)Which are kind of a homemade hot pocket, filled with ground beef and cabbage. Filling and tasty and kid-pleasing. I'll make the filling and let my 16 year old son do the rest while I work this evening. He likes to work with dough, but hasn't, shall we say, gotten into the Zen of chopping vegetables. I think his dad and 19 year old brother, coming home from college today, will like them.
Here's the recipe we're using: http://www.breadworld.com/Recipe.aspx?id=348 (omitting the American cheese and adding some mustard to the filling).
I work 3 or 5 nights a week, so don't cook as much as I once did. Just wanted to say hi to you all.

(18,791 posts)we're going out.
The occasional Saturday evenings when I'm home and not working, we go out (actually, if I'm not home, partner still takes my Mom out...she lives with us...she's 91!)...something pretty CHEAP but still, no dishes or pans to clean up.
*Sigh*
