It's a beef stew courtesy of Sarah Lee Chase. I'll merinate it over night. Bake it for a couple hours tomorrow morning. then cook it for another hour or two tomorrow evening.

with grape leaves, hummus, pita wedges, feta chunks and Kalamata olives. It's a snow/rain mix all day today and gloomy .

It's clear and sunny and cool here today though!
