1. I believe it is Wednesday today .............

7. Oh good grief!

I did that two days in a row.

2. For tonight=leftover salmon pasta. Starting a demi-daube for tomorrow

It's a beef stew courtesy of Sarah Lee Chase. I'll merinate it over night. Bake it for a couple hours tomorrow morning. then cook it for another hour or two tomorrow evening.

3. Couscous with dried apricots, Green Beans Dijon and a mini mezze platter

with grape leaves, hummus, pita wedges, feta chunks and Kalamata olives. It's a snow/rain mix all day today and gloomy .

6. I actually love that weather. We have had several days of it, and it always energizes me.

It's clear and sunny and cool here today though!
And I have olive and feta envy. Two of my favorite things!
