Please excuse the quality--I just bought a cheap digital camera and am learning the editing software. And please feel free to leave comments/suggestions!

(111,300 posts)You can set the camera at multiple angles, just about any angle you can possibly want, and it will be rock stable.
Do that and you'll have a winning internet cooking show. Really.
They aren't terribly expensive. I got mine years ago at a yard sale and you can find them there once in a blue moon.
That was the first thing my wife said. I've got about five tripods around here. Next time I'll use one. And have an assistant film as well.

Good voice quality; easy-to-follow, straight forward presentation.
Now I'm mad, though. I have to go out for salmon. And I thought I was in for the evening.

(14,891 posts)In addition to a tripod and having someone else do the filming, maybe have a few more shots at a farther distance/angle.
Also, when I oil my grill I use a long tongs just in case there is a flair up, but that's just me.
And . . . drat . . . now I've got to go out and get some salmon!
Thanks for sharing and I hope that we see some more of your videos. As on your blog, you have some nice, easy recipes so even a beginner cook would feel comfortable "cooking with Mark."
