Cheeseburger soup

My son is making this he was gonna wait till weekend but he’s wimpy from Popeye.
Brown 2 pounds lean burger and cut up bacon with onion and garlic out of jar.

Add to crockpot beef broth he’s using whole container
large bag frozen hash browns
Diced carrots
Diced celery
Can of tomatoes

Add onion celery burger he drained the burger to crock pot.
Cook on high for two hours add as much sour cream as you want he’s going to use half cup. 1 large block velveeta cheese cook for one more hour.

Serve with your choice of pickles as garnish if you want to.

in diced celery, onions, bacon. He will be able to feed himself for life. My own son is a fabulous cook. Enjoy your soup!
