What's for Dinner, Thurs., March 14, 2024

Samosas with tamarind sauce.

Tossed green salad with red tip and arugula. Cucumbers, carrots, chopped tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, asparagus. Caesar dressing. Other half of pumpernickel bagel with mascarpone.

Pineapple-peach-mango kombucha.

Strawberries in balsamic for dessert.

Shrimp in home made tomato base sauce(onions, garlic, cherry tomatoes and paste, artichoke heart slices, red pepper slices, jalepeno slices, bay leaves, Italian seasoning, water, shrimp and more garlic.)

Farfalle pasta

Maybe a red wine

We started w/ a very basic salad: iceberg, tomatoes, Vidalia onion, celery, carrots and yellow bell peppers. choice of bottled dressing

pasta was fusilli

dessert on this Pi day: cake. lol

I made a homemade chocolate cake w/ chocolate/orange buttercream frosting, topped w/ chopped walnuts.
