Biscuits/Crackers

Is it my imagination or are crackers now flimsier than ever? Seems like it's a regular thing now for me to open a tube of them, and 1/3 or more to simply fall apart before I can get them out of the crinkly wrap.

I don't get what's changed that so many of them are so fragile.
