Beef ravioli with oyster mushroom sauce, which has chopped parsley, green onions, parmesan, and heavy whipping cream.
I found this beautiful oyster mushroom at the Korean greengrocer. It is perfect. Beautiful!! Excited about turning this into a sauce.
I'll mix some baby arugula with red tip lettuce for a salad. No dressing (to make up for the heavy cream in my sauce!)
Dessert: salted caramel creamy nougat bar and decaf coffee.
