Cabbage Salad

My sister brought up our Mom who passed away decades ago, and later when
I was making dinner I flashed on her cabbage salad. It contained Miracle Whip, pineapple chunks, and mini marshmallows.

So that’s what accompanied our BBQ ribs and smashed potatoes tonight.
No marshmallows, and a commercial slaw dressing…but we had pineapple and tons of memories.

consisted of a 1/3 to a 1/4 of a slice of either cabbage or lettuce (iceberg) and a healthy dose of mayo on top of that. Can you tell, my Dad was really the cook in my family? (LOL) Your post sure brought back memories, tho!
