I like to pour a little pepperoncini juice on my pizza for a little heat. My wife puts honey on whatever kind of pizza we get. Pineapple and Ham makes a nice combination.

I believe Friday is national pizza day. A local pizzeria is having a big sale. Looking forward to it.

Pizza Hut is pushing a “goodbye pie” for breakups at Valentines Day.

Nostalgia. Back in 73 I was stationed in the Navy IN THE MOJAVE DESERT. A LOCAL pizza Joint in Ridgecrest, CA had a Monkey Special Pizza. Peanut butter and bananas. Throw in a case of beer and they had a special deal for Sailors IN THE DESERT.

6. I like to make my own pizzas. I have a lady friend who always raves about pineapple pizza.

Being rather set in my ways, (yeah, I'm 87), I have always steadfastly held off making one. Finally I bit the bullet and bowing to her superior taste I made one and lo and behold it was really darn tasty, actually quite good I finally had to admit. Had the same problem with avocado toast. Same outcome.
Old dogs can learn new tricks I guess.

8. Have you had chicken tikka on a pizza?

There are several Indian pizza places in Silicon Valley with spicy tomato sauces and Indian-inspired toppings such as chicken tikka, paneer, cauliflower, etc. (The one nearest me also does "traditional" pizzas - it also has a menu section for pizzas that conform to Jain dietary restrictions).

Ham and pineapple on pizzas sounds so old-fashioned. I've seen pizzas with tater tots on them (this was in a college town in the midwest), arugula, spinach, prosciutto and figs, refried beans, smoked salmon - pretty much anything edible imaginable. I say we just give up and call them all flatbreads.
