Tea and leftover pizza, breakfast of champions

1. Black coffee now ☕, later sausage, cheese and salami omelette.

2. White rice with

broccoli, carrots and peas mixed together with the rice and flavored with salt and pepper and a very small spritz of hearty Italian dressing. Then a slice or two of German pound cake made dark with molasses, walnuts, raisins, prunes, dried apricot and orange peel. Nice and moist.

Kodiak pancakes with blueberries, maple syrup and melted butter.

with toasted whole grain, 9 seed bread; chicken liver mousse and red onion on top. Two mandarins.
