I don't eat sugar no matter how organic the cane sugar is. I've been thinking of making my own ice cream because I can't find a commercial brand I can eat.

with so few calories is beyond me.

For me the whole thing is about losing weight and these kind of product's help me out a lot. I must admit I use very little sugar myself but right now for me it's all about the calorie count.

It's really expensive and hard to find though.

I am a believer that every body is different and what works well for one persons weight loss may not work equally well for another. Although it would be wonderful to be able to forgo sugar and/or artificial ingredients you need to weigh what will help you personally to reach your weight loss goal.

I am a big supporter of natural foods and was hard core Vegan for years. It just didn't help me maintain a healthy weight....even without eating white foods and using natural protein supplements I was hungry all the time. sigh.....

I just like it when people share new things they have discovered. I'm always interested in trying something that sounds good to me at least once. If it's something I don't think I'd like I just don't buy it.

So share your finds everyone! lol

Very expensive, does not have all that much taste frankly. But it fills the need for something cold and sweet that sort of resembles ice cream. When softened for a few seconds in the microwave and when sprinkled with some special dark coco powder, it's not too bad. But i can assure you, when you have real ice cream or even something close to real, you taste the difference....

I use non-fat yogurt which is 6 grams sugar per cup: Half the sugar in this arcticzero.

But you really have to eat it right out of the yogurt maker: It doesn't really freeze well.
