Donuts are actually not that high in calories, unless you fill them with cream and put icing on them. Plain glazed donuts are sometimes lower in calories than the 'healthy' muffins the same restaurant sells. Here in Canada, where Tim Horton's is the go-to donut place, I remember reading their calorie counts and their Cranberry Blueberry Bran muffin was higher in calories than their 'old fashioned glazed donut'. The donut IS higher in fat though.

Straight from their website: "Each packet has less than 1 gram of carbohydrate and less than 5 calories, which meets FDA's standards for no-calorie foods."

Sucralose itself is calorie-free, but it's so sweet it needs to be cut with some other powder to fill the packet. IIRC it's maltodextrin, which is a complex carb that isn't metabolized like sugar at least. Even the bulk packs have a "serving size" that comes in below the FDAs radar; I'm sure you can find the actual info somewhere though.

As an aside, and not to judge at all (my diet is far from ideal), how much sweet stuff do you eat?! Yes there are some calories in Splenda but looking at that plate, to even get 50 cals would be enough sweetness to make me nauseous..
