is to let it go. Easier to say but seemingly hard to do. Just let go.

of course, you have generalized anxiety my God look at where we are...but for your own sake...control what you can and let go of the rest.

Sorry to be redundant but it can be crippling and never goes away for it feeds and thrives on worry like a piranha and will never leave on its own.

Generalized anxiety is very common. I have sometimes, and it comes and goes. (sometimes it takes a seat on the bus..and stays a very long time)..
